On the menu: Venison carpaccio, braised rabbit, crab ravioli with Blue Crab sauce, and eider sausage along with Smoked Shad, Beaver Pot Pie, and Apple Tart
We still have open seats - for a $30 donation you get a great gourmet multi-coursed meal that you'd pay more than $100 a head at some upscale trendy restaurant... though you wouldn't get the quantity nor the quality.
